By accessing or using COQUI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of significant changes.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using COQUI, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly for violations of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use another person's account without permission. Account information must be accurate, current, and complete.

You retain ownership of content you post on COQUI. By posting content, you grant COQUI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

You agree not to post content that: is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others; contains spam or unauthorized advertising; impersonates any person or entity; infringes intellectual property rights; or violates our Community Guidelines.

Users are strictly prohibited from: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform; using automated tools to scrape or collect data; engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform; creating fake accounts or impersonating others; selling, trading, or transferring your account.

The Platform and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of COQUI and its licensors. Our trademarks, logo, and service marks may not be used without prior written permission.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

COQUI may make certain paid features, marketplace transactions, creator support tools, or subscription products available when the applicable payment service is enabled. A charge is not completed unless the payment provider confirms the transaction.

Recurring memberships are not active unless COQUI explicitly presents an enabled recurring checkout and the applicable renewal terms at the time of purchase. Any future recurring product will disclose price, billing interval, cancellation terms, and applicable refund rights before enrollment.

COQUI's marketplace allows users to buy and sell products and services. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and quality of their listings.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. COQUI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
